The school had arranged a camp to Bangalore –Mysore from 17th January to 20th January 2019. This was the first camp taken by airways. The total number of 73 students were accompanied by 17 teachers.
On 17th Jan at 6 a.m. the aeroplane took a flight for Bangalore from Mumbai. Everyone reached at Bangalore airport by 8.30 a.m. Adventure Tour buses took the students and teacher to Mysore at around 2.30p.m. Every one relished the buffet lunch after reaching Mysore in ‘The Quorum Hotel’.
In the evening the students were taken to Krishnapuram Dam and enchanting Brindavan gardens. They enjoyed the musical fountain show at the garden. Then the dinner was followed by an entertainment programme at the hotel.
On the second day i.e.18th Jan the students visited to Mysore Zoo. One of the best zoos in India. Students got introduced to different animal species and they enjoyed a lot. In the Evening on the same day they visited Majestic Mysore Palace. It was a huge palace they had ever seen. Students were surprised seeing 3D painting displayed in the royal palace. From there all went to Chamundeshwari Temple to get the blessings from Goddess Chamundeshwari who killed the demon Mahishasur.
The journey from Mysore to Bangalore began on the 3rd day morning after the delicious breakfast. On the way students visited Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace and from there all went to Bangalore city. There was an overnight stay in the Hotel ‘Hindustan International SELECT’.
Next morning students were taken to Bannergatta wild life sanctuary. It is one of the place were wild animals can roam freely and students observed peaceful wild life amidst the nature from their buses. After the lunch in the hotel students visited Vishveshvaraya Museum. It is a science center where students gained knowledge related to science, geography, technology etc. After visiting to museum all the members left for Bangalore airport and reached at the Mumbai airport at around 10 p.m. with sweet memories.
